Meet Ty

Community leader, collegiate athlete, M.B.A., entrepreneur and author, Tyrone 'Ty Inspires' Putman is quickly establishing himself as one of the premier motivational speakers and life coaches in the U.S. 

Tyrone has captivated the ears, hearts, and minds of many with his passion, high energy and creativity in delivering his message. Standing on his three pillars; Love Yourself, Be Yourself,  Chase What's Yours, Tyrone’s words, energy, and actions continue to impact and motivate people around the world. As his social media presence continues to grow exponentially, so does the internalization of the “Flip the Switch” concept that encourages people to redefine success in their own terms and put the necessary time, energy, and effort into making their dreams a reality.

Ty earned his first Master’s Degree from Rutgers University and his second, a Masters of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith Business School at the University of Maryland. He was a two sport Division 1A collegiate athlete on the Football and Track & Field teams. Ty has climbed the corporate ladder at PepsiCo contributing in leadership roles for Frito Lay and PepsiCo Global.

Tyrone also founded and host of the 'Chasers' morning prayer group, a social media community that is focused on chasing God, purpose, and passion daily. Ty hosts Instagram Live sessions every Tuesday and Thursday morning highlighting devotional reads, prayer, and positive word mini-sermons. Ty has a focused energy on serving local communities with the 'Golden Bag' and 'Purple Bag' initiatives among many others.

As the founder and visionary of “Flip the Switch: The Unplugged Experience”, Tyrone is challenging the norm, pushing every single person to create the best version of themselves, and ultimately fulfill their purpose.
